buzz-Liberia does not in any way and means contact children under age 13 about special offers or for marketing purposes and we do not allow children under 18 to register at our viewers account creation page. That's why we required registrar to specify their year when they were born during registration. However, buzz-Liberia does not know every non member who view our site neither do we even no the specific ages of registrar. If one is reported as under age, we investigate and delete the account from our database.
